About the Role

ABC Horizon is an international education provider offering globally recognised qualifications and university pathways. We are expanding our Sales & Admissions team in Damascus and are looking for two motivated Education Consultants who enjoy communicating with people and helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on educational programmes and study options.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents.
• Respond promptly to enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and email.
• Follow up leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns.
• Manage leads and customer interactions using Zoho CRM and Respond.io.
• Convert enquiries into registrations while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Coordinate online meetings using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
• Participate in education events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Academic teams.
