Manage the end-to-end electronic payments process 

Ensuring compliance with the decisions related to electronic payment issued by the Central Bank and the Payment Systems Directorate.

Oversee relationships with banks, payment processors, and third-party service providers.

Identify and implement payment system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage payment projects including system upgrades, new payment method implementation, or integration with ERP/financial systems.

Analyze payment data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for cost savings.

Collaborate with internal departments (IT, accounting, customer service) to support accurate and efficient payment operations.
Maintain documentation of payment policies, procedures, and process flows.

Providing periodic reports on all activities and businesses.
