We’re looking for a skilled and proactive eCommerce Operations Specialist to support our growing eCommerce services division. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to set up, manage, and maintain online stores — primarily on Salla and Zid — and help ensure smooth operations, from product uploads to order management.

 Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure client stores using Salla and/or Zid.
• Upload products, set prices, manage categories and media.
• Configure shipping, payment gateways, and promotions.
• Monitor and manage store operations: orders, stock levels, returns, etc.
• Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs.
• Stay current on eCommerce trends and tools (especially in the GCC market).
