We are looking for a Driver Performance Management Officer to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of monitoring driver performance to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily driver performance and analyze KPIs (number of trips, ratings, punctuality, compliance).

• Track driver routes and working hours using GPS monitoring systems.

• Communicate with drivers to resolve daily issues and provide immediate operational support.

• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights and recommendations with management.

• Follow up on attendance, discipline, and shift scheduling.

• Handle night-shift incidents and coordinate with relevant teams for urgent matters.

• Maintain and update driver records accurately in the system.
