Key Tasks:
Monitor daily driver performance and analyze KPIs (trips, ratings, punctuality).
Track driver routes and working hours through GPS systems.
Communicate with drivers to solve daily issues and provide immediate support.
Prepare regular performance reports and share recommendations with management.
Follow up on attendance, discipline, and shift scheduling.
Handle night-shift incidents and coordinate with related teams for urgent matters.
Update driver records and enter data accurately into the system.
