We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media advertising, content creation, and performance analytics across key platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (content, ads, email, SEO) aligned with business goals. 
• Design and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads. 
• Create engaging, platform-specific content: short-form videos, carousels, infographics, and storytelling posts tailored to each audience segment. 
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and translate insights into actionable optimizations. 
• Build and nurture an engaged online community (10K–25K followers) through consistent, authentic interaction and strategic content planning. 
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging excellence. 
• Update the social media strategy monthly based on KPIs, trends, and competitive analysis.
