Your Job in Brief

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help drive the digital marketing efforts for Maids.cc. You will support the online marketing team as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, both implementing and optimizing various digital campaigns. You will be responsible for marketing analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and assisting with paid media campaigns. This position will focus on planning and analyzing cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that drive sales and support the customer journey, using SEO and analytics to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion funnels.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.).
• Collect Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
• Measure performance and return on investment of digital marketing efforts using Web metrics and a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
• Provide weekly analytic reports to upper management with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
