* Responsibilities:

* Install, develop and customise new modules for E-payment system, Banking integration and attached services based on customer requirements.
* Address all the aspects associated with system integration and solve the related problems and bugs.
* Coordinate with the vendors regarding new shipments installation and validation for all System Integration related Modules.
* Maintaining the System Integration systems with proper monitoring.
* Making appropriate changes as per the requirement of the situation and company requirements.
* Ensure full control, optimization, tuning & support to the System Integration services with related to other attached systems (Billing, IN, SMSC,..)
* Coordinate with all related customers regarding any new setting or modification that affect the operation of system integration services including E-payment, bank integration, Billing integration and other related systems.
* Communicating status to upper level, other teams, and external vendors.
* Evaluate end-user requirements and constraints to get a thorough understanding and be able to provide practical solution designs.
* Coordinate with all internal/external customers to resolve service problems.
