1.    Design source to destination mapping and develop suitable automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and providing alerts and notifications.
2.    Design and create efficient data models and scheduled tasks to inject data into Unit’s reports, and analysis.
3.    Maintain and optimize section’s data sources to ensure high data integrity, availability and solve possible failures.
4.    Gather and analyze stakeholders’ requirements to create suitable business model and to deliver decision support knowledge and later on to determine areas of improvement on operational level.
5.    Provide concerned departments with the requested studies, reports, and Ad-hoc requests using the latest available techniques.  
6.    Apply Artificial Intelligence methods e.g. machine learning and data mining techniques and ensure high accuracy of AI models.
7.    Build, and develop Business Intelligence Dashboard, analysis, KPIs, reports and alarms based on business requirements.
8.    Develop, and publish web-based dashboards, analysis, and day to day operational information, control and achieve expected goals.
9.    Perform continuous upgrades on web-based reporting systems and Models.
10.    Initiate special analysis reports and studies that reflect Data Analysis points of view.
11.    Set the required lists of offers’ eligible subscribers to take needed actions from concerned parties or to prepare related SMS broadcasts with given criteria and schedules.
12.    Assist concerned parties in preparing their forecast and apply it in Unit’s reports and dashboards in order to assess their achievement.
13.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
