Your Job in Brief

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients. In this role, you will be the main guide for Maids.cc services, providing recommendations as needed. You will work towards driving revenue-generating growth and retention.
Your role may also include solving current clients' problems and enhancing their journey with our company. You will look for unique ways to improve the client's journey and provide support to ensure issues are either resolved promptly or escalated accordingly. 
You will use your excellent command of English to communicate with empathy to deliver quick and intelligent responses.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound, outbound calls and chats. 
• Explain company services in a structured and professional way and provide guidance for potential and existing clients. 
• Persuade potential customers to purchase services by demonstrating how the services meet their needs.
• Respond to customer questions, and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions. 
• Follow up with customer payments and adjust financial records as needed.
