We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team at an Internet Service Provider company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
    •    Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
    •    Provide accurate information about services, packages, and offers.
    •    Promote and sell company services (upselling & cross-selling).
    •    Resolve complaints and escalate technical issues to the relevant department.
    •    Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved cases.
    •    Record customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.

Work Schedule:
    •    Rotational shifts: Morning , Evening, and Night.
    •    Night shifts are for male employees only & Morning shifts for females only.
    •    One day off per week.

Education:
    •    Minimum: High School Diploma.
    •    Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
