Customer Care (Remote Operations)

Full-Time | Remote | 2pm to 11pm Dubai time

Vicekeeper is on the lookout for a compassionate, organized, and solution-oriented Customer Care Specialist (Operations Supervisor) to join our dynamic remote team.

If you are a former teacher or have a background in psychology, your unique skill set in empathy, active listening, and people management will shine in this role. We need someone who’s ready to lead behind the scenes, helping our teams thrive, our operations run smoothly, and our customers feel supported every step of the way.

 What You’ll Do

• Bridge Communication Gaps: Serve as the key link between customer service, sales, and operations, ensuring clear, kind, and effective communication across teams.
• Oversee Logistics: Coordinate internal operations to keep things running efficiently and smoothly.
• Handle Team Needs: Collect and process requests and feedback from different departments with precision and care.
• Problem-Solve with Empathy: Address operational challenges with a focus on people-first solutions that balance efficiency with emotional intelligence.
• Support Tech & Tools: Collaborate with tech teams to improve workflows and ensure user-friendly systems.
• Apply Psychology or Teaching Insight: Use your understanding of behavior, motivation, and communication to improve customer interactions and internal collaboration.
