Job Purpose:

To monitor, analyze, and control project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget while maintaining efficiency and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost plans
• Monitor project expenditures and track costs against approved budgets
• Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Identify cost deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for cost control activities
• Review contracts, variations, claims, and change orders from a cost perspective
• Support project planning and scheduling with accurate cost data
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and reporting standards
