Job Summary:

To Issue & monitor the purchase Order and related requests, as well as the follow up and deliveries.
Seek and develop new sources of supply.
Prepare and manage RFQ / RFP for requested items and services as assigned by the line manager.

Responsiblities:

*Ensure right deliveries of the requested items (specifications, delivery time and quality).

*Make savings on bought commodities by improving overall efficiency through reduced costs.

*Provide support for all divisions when they need.

*Analyze product history, conduct market research, and identify potential vendors.

*Follow up all created purchase orders to ensur they will be delivered on time.

*Prepare and submit requested reports on time.

*Assure that all POs are with their consolidated supporting documentations.

*Yearly suppliers evaluation .

*Assure that all PRs are closed and apply RFQ / RFP process.
