Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator who lives at the intersection of ideas and execution. You'll own the full content cycle, from brainstorming viral-worthy concepts to shooting and producing engaging Reels and short-form videos that align with platform best practices and drive real results. If you're always the first to spot a trend, love bringing ideas to life on camera, and know what makes content stop the scroll, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Ideation & Strategy
- Generate fresh, original content ideas aligned with brand voice, audience insights, and campaign goals.
- Develop content concepts for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories with clear hooks, narratives, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Research and adapt trending formats, sounds, challenges, and cultural moments to the brand.
- Collaborate with strategists to map ideas to content calendars and performance targets.
Production & Execution
- Shoot high-quality vertical video content for Reels and TikTok.
- Handle on-set fundamentals, including framing, lighting, audio, and directing talent or self-shot content.
- Work closely with video editors to ensure raw footage is edit-ready and aligned with brand standards.
- Produce B-roll footage, product shots, behind-the-scenes content, and user-generated content (UGC)-style videos.
Platform Expertise & Trends
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates, trending audio, and content format changes across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Apply platform-specific best practices, including hook timing, caption style, and posting schedules.
- Test and optimize content based on performance metrics such as watch time, saves, shares, and click-through rate (CTR).
- Document successful content patterns and share insights with the creative team.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Deliver content according to the content calendar and project deadlines.
- Organize and label raw footage and creative assets for efficient handoff and archiving.
