He/She will be responsible for, but not limited to:

collecting and reviewing documents for completeness and compliance .
▪
Support the auditing of files (programs, logistics, HR, etc.).
▪
Review distribution records and field activity reports from a compliance perspective.
▪
Help follow up on recommendations from internal and external audit reports.
▪
Contribute to follow-up of legal requirements according to humanitarian work-related laws and regulations.
▪
Support awareness efforts on integrity and transparency among field teams.
▪
Archive documents and data according to compliance protocols.
▪
Report any non-compliance or operational risks.
▪
Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and work processes.
