Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating sales leads or closing sales.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits and features.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Follow a script or guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to build rapport and increase the chances of a successful sale.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide them with qualified leads or relevant information.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively promote our offerings.
