Job Description:

The Civil Engineer will support the preparation, review, and technical evaluation of construction and infrastructure projects related to government and United Nations tenders. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting project documentation and reporting. The Civil Engineer will work closely with procurement, tender, and project teams to ensure technically sound and compliant submissions and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze construction drawings, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Support the preparation of technical documents for government and UN tenders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international engineering standards.
• Assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams during tendering and execution phases.
• Support site supervision, progress reporting, and technical issue resolution when required.
• Strong ability in project pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
