Financial Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals.

• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.

• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board of Directors regarding investments, mergers, and expansions.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Direct the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company can meet its operational and investment commitments.

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and optimize the management of working capital.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify and assess financial risks facing the company and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure full compliance with all local and international financial regulations, laws, and tax requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team (accountants, financial analysts, and controllers).

• Review and improve internal financial controls, policies, and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
