The Call Center Internship Program is designed to provide university students and fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional customer service environment. Interns will learn the fundamentals of customer support, order management, and communication with customers and business partners while working alongside experienced team members.

The internship duration is 3 months, during which trainees will receive practical training, continuous guidance, and exposure to industry-standard systems and operational processes. 

Interns who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, and professionalism throughout the 3-month internship may be considered for a full-time position if a suitable vacancy becomes available, subject to business needs and company requirements.
