1.    Meet with business process participants to understand actual process flows, gather requirements, and document processes’ definitions and attributes.
2.    Analyze business procedures using business process mapping and reengineering tools and techniques.
3.    Research and identify solutions that meet business owner needs.
4.    Identify critical areas where the process performance can be improved including business recommendations and/or the utilization of automation & integrations.
5.    Present accumulated information to stakeholders for further discussion.
6.    Liaise between business owner and Business Process Automation team in order to guarantee clear understanding and correct application.
7.    Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery.
8.    Collaborate with other MIS/IT professionals throughout the development, testing and implementation of new and existing systems and technology.
9.    Document business process modeling activities for future reference.
10.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
