Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of broiler production from chick receipt to marketing, ensuring flock health, optimal performance, and adherence to biosecurity, animal welfare, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily flock health monitoring and clinical assessments, including diagnostics as needed.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive vaccination programs and records.

• Perform anatomical and pathological evaluations to improve flock performance and disease prevention.

• Enforce strict biosecurity protocols and isolate birds showing signs of disease.

• Oversee nutrition, feed efficiency, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting).

• Prepare and analyze operational and performance reports.

• Lead, train, and motivate farm staff on best veterinary practices, animal welfare, and biosecurity.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations on animal health, food safety, and environmental standards
