Dealership Branch Manager

We are currently seeking a Dealership Branch Manager for our Automotive division in Syria.

The Dealership Branch Manager oversees all operations of a dealership branch, including sales, service, parts, and administration. This leadership role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and manufacturer’s standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all departments within the dealership branch, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Recruit, train, and motivate dealership staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, legal requirements, and dealership policies.
• Oversee inventory management, vehicle ordering, and stock levels.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Resolve customer complaints and address operational challenges promptly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on branch performance and operational issues.
