Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Coordinate with Operations to receive hotel booking requests from clients, including transportation services if needed.
2. Source and select suitable hotels based on client preferences and budget.
3. Request quotes and negotiate rates with hotels.
4. Provide detailed quotes to clients and handle communication throughout the process.
5. Coordinate crew details and trip information.
6. Arrange transportation services, if required, in coordination with the handling team.
7. Confirm hotel bookings and create comprehensive vouchers for clients.
8. Collaborate with Accounting on cost and payment details.
9. Maintain proper documentation, filing and data records.
10. Coordinate flight ticketing services as needed, including sourcing flights, comparing prices, consult in booking tickets, and providing detailed itineraries to clients..
