1.    Conduct research and develop state of the art of Big Data Solutions.
2.    Conduct regular research related to ICT (Information & Communications Technology) domain and stay abreast with latest related technology, techniques and methods.
3.    Develop, deploy, enhance, release to production and handover R&D applications resulted from R&D modeling process related to AI (Artificial Intelligence), IOT (Internet of Things), and Big Data.
4.    Develop a broad spectrum of Big Data applications relevant to ICT.
5.    Develop Shared Public Datasets and Environments for Syriatel.
6.    Develop techniques for visualization and human-AI interfaces.
7.    Use network data to propose optimal Big Data solutions.
8.    Conduct a thorough exploration and examination for the collected data and exclude irrelevant information.
9.    Validate the solution by applying visualization and required methodology.
10.    Design and control Data processing and pipelines from data source to visualization of developed Data models.
11.    Develop Big Data open-source software libraries and toolkits.
12.    Provide recommendations on hardware sizing of Big Data projects.
13.    Participate in enhancing ICT perceptual capabilities of Big Data systems.
14.    Provide evaluation of Big Data new technologies through standards and benchmarks aligned with Syriatel corporate objectives.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
