Responsibilities:

* Your main responsibility is to make sure we deliver technical solutions with outstanding quality.

* Design system architectures following standards and best practices.

* Improving already existing system architectures.

* Providing technical consultancy to other stakeholders.

* conducting estimations.

* Taking decisions at the technical level (use of a certain technology or following a certain design).

* If need be, get hands-on coding (this will not be the default case)..

* Mentoring/coaching developers on daily operations but also by designing learning plans.

* Participating in the developers' performance evaluation process every six months.
