1. Role Overview
ICS is preparing to revolutionize the Syrian market with our new suite of digital products. We are looking for a relentless and persuasive B2B Sales Specialist to lead the launch of these solutions.
You will be the bridge between ICS technology and the clients who need it. Your role is to identify business opportunities across various sectors, secure appointments with decision-makers, and explain how our digital tools solve their operational problems.
2. Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Market Penetration (The Launch)
Act as the primary representative for ICS Digital Products in the field.
Research and map out potential clients across target industries relevant to our software solutions.
Build a comprehensive database of qualified leads and key decision-makers.
Phase 2: The Hunt (Securing Appointments)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and direct field visits.
Get past gatekeepers to secure face-to-face appointments with General Managers, Business Owners, and Procurement Heads.
KPI: Maintain a consistent pipeline of weekly meetings and product presentations.
Phase 3: The Pitch (Product Explanation)
Master the ICS Product Suite: You must be able to translate technical features into clear business benefits (ROI, efficiency, control).
Conduct professional live demonstrations (demos) to show prospective clients exactly how the system works.
act as a consultant: Listen to the client's pain points and recommend the specific ICS solution that fits their needs.
Phase 4: Closing & Relations
Negotiate pricing packages, contract terms, and implementation timelines.
Overcome objections regarding technology adoption, cost, or change management.
Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a successful handover to the technical team.
