We are hiring our first B2B Sales Manager to lead and build our institutional sales function from scratch. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of institutional prospects
• Identify and target decision-makers across:
  • Dental schools & universities
  • Dental associations & societies
  • Dental Service Organizations (DSOs)
  • Licensing & regulatory bodies
• Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn
• Run discovery calls and product demos
• Create tailored proposals and pricing models
• Negotiate and close institutional contracts
• Maintain relationships to drive renewals and upsells
• Track and report sales performance and forecasts
