Job Summary:
The Audit Specialist Agent will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of sales and customer service processes within Turkeyana Clinic. This position involves conducting comprehensive audits of CRM data, agent performance, and operational activities, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Auditing:
- Analyze contact and deal models within Zoho CRM to detect discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential areas of concern.
- Monitor and report on the number of withdrawals from sales and container data, identifying trends and potential issues.
- Agent Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize Zoho Analytics to track agent statistics, including call volume leader performance, daily receives.
- Monitor agent activity, including time cards, keystrokes, time worked, and online status, to assess productivity and adherence to standards.
- Audit Execution and Reporting:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits across all relevant categories to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in audit assessments, ensuring validation through supervisor reviews or investigations.
- Compliance and Efficiency:
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor time allocation to maximize focus on core audit activities.
- Streamline reporting processes to minimize time spent on report generation.
