• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales reports and support operational planning.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance follow-up.
• Supervise cashier and POS operations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
