Serves and develops a portfolio of clients by providing researched information on stock market movements, corporate data, stock prices and valuations; providing quotations; receiving and executing client’s orders, completing deals and reporting trade confirmations upon execution.

• Receive client orders and input them into the system.
• Receive client calls and provide them with market updates and prices.
• Visit or prospect clients to understand their investment needs and prepare a summary report in this respect.
• Maintain client relationships and confidentiality.
• Open accounts for clients according to the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Follow up on any missing documents in the accounts opening file.
• Track client satisfaction.
• Analyze causes of complaints, address client satisfaction issues and attempt to improve it 
• Coordinate with Back Office to ensure proper execution of equity deals and transfers if any.
• Monitor clients’ accounts and assess their portfolios.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
