We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and ensure that all visual and design elements of our company's projects are of the highest quality. The Art Director will be responsible for managing the creative process from concept to completion, while overseeing the work of the design team. They will collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure that all artwork aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process from ideation to final product, ensuring all visuals meet the company's standards and goals
• Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently to produce high-quality designs
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design elements are cohesive and aligned with company objectives
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
• Research and stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to continuously improve and evolve designs
• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring all design projects are completed within the allocated resources and timeframes
• Work with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure that outsourced artwork aligns with the company's vision and standards
