Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Design Architect to join our office on a full-time freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and preparing detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for various architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate design details and ensure accuracy and quality of all drawings.
• Collaborate effectively with the design team and other project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Prepare presentation materials and visual outputs for clients.
