Key Responsibilities

AI Agent & Pipeline Development

▸ Design and build end-to-end AI agent workflows using LangChain and related frameworks

▸ Develop text-to-text pipelines leveraging large language models (LLMs) for automated reasoning, Q&A,

summarization, and task execution

▸ Architect and integrate speech-to-text (STT) capabilities using transcription services and APIs

– OpenAI Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, AWS Transcribe, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, or similar

▸ Build speech-to-speech (STS) systems combining STT, LLM inference, and text-to-speech (TTS) output for

real-time conversational AI

▸ Implement multi-agent architectures including tool use, memory management, and chain-of-thought

reasoning

Transcription & Audio Processing

▸ Integrate with third-party transcription APIs (AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Rev.ai, Whisper) for accurate, real-

time or batch audio transcription

▸ Design speaker diarization and audio preprocessing workflows to improve transcription quality

▸ Build pipelines that process, segment, and extract insights from transcribed content at scale

▸ Ensure accuracy, latency optimization, and cost efficiency across transcription workflows

Vector Search & Knowledge Retrieval

▸ Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses

▸ Build and manage vector databases using tools such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or MongoDB

Atlas Vector Search

▸ Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and similarity search workflows

▸ Optimize retrieval pipelines for precision, recall, and latency at production scale

Database & Backend Engineering

▸ Design and manage MongoDB schemas optimized for AI workloads including conversation history,

document stores, and agent memory

▸ Build RESTful and WebSocket APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and Node.js (Express) to serve AI

agents

▸ Implement data persistence strategies for agent state, user sessions, and knowledge bases
