Job Summary:

The After Sales Manager is responsible for leading all service and parts operations across GAG’s automotive network in Syria. This includes managing workshop efficiency, spare parts availability, warranty processes, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures that all aftersales activities meet business performance targets and comply with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of service workshops and parts counters across all branches, ensuring consistent service quality and customer experience.
• Complete P&L responsibility for the After sales business, including inventory
• Develop and implement strategies to improve labour efficiency, service revenue, and parts turnover.
• Supervise warranty handling, technical reporting, and alignment with OEM processes and standards.
• Coordinate with the UAE HQ on stock planning, procurement, pricing, and reporting.
• Monitor key KPIs including job card turnaround time, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSI).

Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and workshop managers to build a capable and motivated team.
