Dubistay is looking for a full-time Administrator to support daily operations, coordination, documentation, and internal follow-ups across our property and rental activities.

This role can be fully remote from outside the UAE, hybrid, or on-site in Dubai depending on the candidate’s location and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Maintain and update records, documents, trackers, and reports
• Support with tenant, property, booking, and payment-related follow-ups
• Coordinate between team members and ensure updates are properly reflected
• Organize files, documents, and operational information
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure nothing is missed
• Assist with communication through email, WhatsApp, and internal channels
• Prepare summaries, updates, and reports when needed
• Support the team with any additional operational or administrative requirements
