We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ACM Supervisor to join our advertising agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Account Management (ACM) and social media content creation teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage and coach the team effectively.

• Manage and supervise the ACM and social media content creators.
• Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of social media content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
• Handle crisis communication and manage public relations issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
