Open supplier, customer, and other receivable/payable accounts in the approved accounting software.

Prepare sales invoices, perform all related accounting entries, and enter them into the accounting software.

Follow up on collection of customer receivables and other company debts, send periodic reconciliation statements, prepare monthly reports, and submit them to the direct supervisor.

Review expense reports to be paid (invoices, etc.), and issue related payment vouchers, payment orders, and cheques.

Review purchase orders against invoices and receipt vouchers, and issue payment vouchers and related cheques.

Maintain accounting entries and ledgers, and record accounting transactions in the general journal.

Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare the necessary reconciliation statements between the accounting software and bank statements periodically.

Follow up on financial records and accounting entries related to work (such as advances and accruals) and enter them into the approved accounting software.

Prepare, follow up, and record depreciation schedules and all reports related to fixed assets.

Verify the correctness of accounting balances, perform periodic reconciliations to confirm the validity of accounting entries, and report any discrepancies to the direct supervisor.

Participate in annual inventory processes to verify the accuracy of recording and book balances.

Archive all accounting documents and records.

Contribute to on-the-job training plans for new team members, and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation, and teamwork spirit.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's quality system.

Review payment and receipt documents, as well as purchase and sales invoices, to ensure they meet all required conditions.
