The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking citizenship/residency-by-investment. You will guide clients through the entire application journey, oversee document processing, and coordinate seamlessly with our legal teams and local authorities in the Caribbean (such as Grenada, St. Kitts, and St. Lucia).

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for clients, providing proactive updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and premium customer experience.
• Document Processing & Review: Gather, review, verify, and organize all necessary legal and personal documents required for citizenship-by-investment applications.
• Legal Liaison: Coordinate and follow up directly with in-house and international legal counsel based in partner jurisdictions (e.g., Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Lucia) to ensure strict compliance and timely submission.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Karibi regional offices to ensure case management files are meticulously updated.
