Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Drupal)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join us on a project-based engagement, working on the design, development, and delivery of a large-scale web platform. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to build high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust web applications using Drupal. You will work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Drupal (9/10+)
• Build and customize Drupal modules, themes, and Laravel-based services
• Develop decoupled and headless Drupal architectures using REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Work with Symfony components within Drupal’s architecture
• Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver responsive and high-quality user experiences
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Implement caching strategies (Drupal Cache API, Redis, Varnish)
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment systems
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
