About this role

End-to-End Design: Lead the design lifecycle for high-impact, customer-facing mobile apps (iOS and Android) and complex web dashboards.
User-Centric Problem Solving: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and elegant user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Figma Mastery & Design Systems: Maintain, expand, and enforce our design system in Figma. You will ensure files are immaculate, utilizing best practices such as proper naming conventions, advanced auto-layout, and reusable components.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented to specification.
Advocate for UX: Conduct UX audits, gather user feedback, and iterate on existing products to continuously improve the customer experience.
