  • قبض وتسديد وفحص المبالغ النقدية كافة وجردها بشكل يومي.
  • مسك الحركة اليومية للصندوق.
  • تحرير ايصالات القبض والصرف ومطابقتها مع الحركة اليومية.
  • تسجيل القيود اليومية من المقبوضات والمدفوعات بتاريخ الحركة.
  • تدقيق كافة المصاريف قبل الصرف من حيث وجود موافقة آمر الصرف.
  • إعلام المدير المباشر برصيد النقدية المتاح بشكل يومي.
  • القيام بكافة المهام الإضافية الموكلة اليه ضمن نطاق العمل.
