About this role

- قبض وتسديد وفحص المبالغ النقدية كافة وجردها بشكل يومي.
- مسك الحركة اليومية للصندوق .
- تحرير ايصالات القبض والصرف ومطابقتها مع الحركة اليومية على الحسابات .
- تسجيل القيود اليومية من المقبوضات والمدفوعات بتاريخ الحركة .
- تدقيق كافة المصاريف قبل الصرف من حيث وجود موافقة آمر الصرف.
- اعلام المدير المباشر برصيد النقدية المتاح بشكل يومي .
- القيام بكافة المهام الإضافية الموكلة اليه من المدير المباشر.
