• Ensure full compliance with Syrian regulations and GMP requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.

• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

• Develop emergency preparedness and evacuation plans.

• Deliver safety training and awareness programs.

• Manage fire protection systems and emergency response activities.

• Monitor environmental, health and safety KPIs.

• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
