We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer / Implementation Specialist to lead the customization, automation, and integration of Zoho applications across our organization — with a strong focus on Zoho People, Zoho Recruit,Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze business processes and design solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and implement Zoho People, Zoho Recruit Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM according to business needs.
• Automate HR, recruitment, and CRM workflows using Deluge scripting.
• Develop and manage custom forms, fields, modules, and reports across Zoho apps.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zapier.
• Create dashboards and analytics for HR, recruitment, and sales teams.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and approval processes across Zoho systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training on Zoho apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy, security, and system scalability.
