Summary

Web Development Supervisor is responsible for the full life-cycle development of a web application, and an assigned team of developers. He is the “go to” man when it comes to developers. Will work with the guidance of the Technical Manager and/or his Deputy, according to Scrum methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing all the activities of the web applications development lifecycle. Frontend and Backend.
• Writing, reviewing, and revising product requirements and specifications.
• Supervising the web development team, providing training, support, and technical advisory.
• Database Architecture and design.
• UI design, code activities, and unit testing.
• Working closely with the Scrum Master to guarantee compliancy with Scrum practices.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the completion of tasks and projects.
• Documenting web application development by coordination with the Documentation Officer.
• Providing consultation in other areas of the web applications development process and modules.
• Researching, and investigating new technologies.
