We are seeking a VoIP / IP PBX Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Grandstream UCM systems to support and maintain our call center telephony environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support to ensure reliable voice services and optimal call quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain Grandstream UCM IP PBX systems
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks and DID numbers
• Set up and optimize extensions and call routing
• Configure and support call center queues (ACD / call flow logic)
• Design and maintain IVR menus and call handling workflows
• Manage call recording, storage, and retrieval
• Diagnose and resolve VoIP-related issues (audio, registration, call failures, etc.)
• Work with networking and firewall configurations affecting VoIP performance
