- Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Mid-level)
- Location: Applicants must reside in Syria, to work remotely or from a co-working space to enhance focus, productivity, and well-being.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Damascus Time) including one-hour lunch break.
- Responsible for: Designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital products, from wireframes and prototypes to final UI designs, ensuring an optimal user experience across all platforms.

Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating client requirements and user needs into beautiful, functional, and delightful digital experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about solving complex design problems, championing the user, and ensuring every digital interaction is smooth and effective.
1.1 Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to understand and define project scope and requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand and design consistency across all products.
- Translate complex functional requirements into easy-to-use interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technology, incorporating best practices into the design process.
