Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Product-Focused)

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Experience Design

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points. Translate findings into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.

• Interface Design

Create high-fidelity interfaces in Figma (or similar tools), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

• Technical Feasibility

Work closely with developers to understand technical constraints. Adjust designs to maintain both UX quality and implementation efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product managers and engineers from ideation through launch. Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the user experience.

• Ownership & Follow-Up

Take responsibility for seeing your designs through implementation. Review builds, file bugs, and support developers to ensure pixel-perfect, functional delivery.

• Product Sense

Contribute ideas to improve product usability and business impact. Understand how design decisions affect key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion.

• Design System & Documentation

Maintain and evolve our design system, guidelines, and patterns for scalable, consistent experiences across products.
