1.    Implement network transport design according to annual requirements and Syriatel objectives for network availability and quality of service.
2.    Follow up provider’s intervention in core IPBB node installation and commissioning.
3.    Apply configuration to put in service the newly installed network transport node, modify an existing node or activate network transport service.
4.    Perform acceptance test root and report the results to the direct line of authority.
5.    Handle leased lines that are acquired from ST as per Planning & Engineering request.
6.    Put in service and modify IP connectivity timely according to a work order issued by Planning & Engineering Unit and assigned by Head of Section.
7.    Configure new IP RAN sites on Metro Ethernet network elements.
8.    Participate in projects affecting on transport network such as swapping according to project plan.
9.    Solve effectively network transport problems by applying the required corrective maintenance and providing the required reports for general problems.
10.    Implement network transport preventive maintenance plan by conducting site visit, applying back up timely and effectively and preparing the related reports.  
11.    Inspect network transport materials in warehouse as requested.
12.    Implement network transport services offered to all customers internal and external and guarantee service quality as per the network performance KPI's.
13.    Administrate Network Transport Management System to ensure its timely update, availability and functionality and granting access permissions for approved users.
14.    Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.
15.    Provide Customer Service Dept with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve complaints.
16.    Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customers’ complaints.
17.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
